Mark Rauenzahn
Chief Executive Officer
Board Member
Mr. Mark Rauenzahn is the Chief Executive Officer of Producto, owner of ThermoFab. Prior to this role he was the General Manager of Sundyne, LLC a highly engineered pump and compressor manufacturer. Under Mr. Rauenzahn’ s leadership Sundyne grew revenue, EBITDA, and diversified the sales into the energy markets.
Before Sundyne, Mr. Rauenzahn worked for Integer Holdings Corporation under various roles from Director of Procurement to Director of Operations overseeing various sites in Malaysia and Ireland. He oversaw product development and manufacturing at the Galway facility and helped them grow revenue substantially at this time. Additionally, he focused on continuous improvement driving operational efficiencies at the site.
Before Integer Holdings Mr. Rauenzahn spent time at United Technologies with roles of increasing responsibility. He started in the United Technologies Operations Leadership Program and held roles as Operations Manager and Commodity Manager. He spent a significant amount of time in Poland and India helping to set up and start operations in those countries.
Mr. Rauenzahn holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from IE Business School located in Madrid Spain.
In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, rock climbing, hiking and spending time with family.
Joseph Savino
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Joseph Savino is Chief Financial Officer at Producto, owner of ThermoFab. Prior to Producto, Joe was a Director at Culper Capital Partners, his work history includes over ten years of accounting and finance experience, in addition to ten plus years of credit brokering on Wall Street. Joseph began his career as an auditor in financial markets at Arthur Andersen, while obtaining his CPA license. He later became the Director of Finance at TMP Worldwide, a division of Monster.com, heading up the division’s financial planning, analysis and operations reporting. Joseph then pivoted to Wall Street as an interdealer broker, working at Tradition, Creditex and Tullett-Prebon, where he facilitated credit derivative and corporate bond trades for the industry’s largest investment banks. While working at Creditex, Joseph helped transform the High Yield Tranche Desk into one of the top performers in the market. In the year prior to joining Culper Capital, Joseph was a proprietary equity trader with T3 Trading Group, managing all risk and investment decisions for his overall portfolio.
Joseph received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University at Albany. In his free time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching youth sports and playing golf.
Caitlin Barnhart
Human Resources and Marketing Manager
Mrs. Caitlin Barnhart serves as Human Resources and Marketing Manager for Producto, owner of ThermoFab. Caitlin has been an integral part of our marketing and communications team, successfully crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that significantly elevated our brand awareness and strengthened the growth of the company. Her strong leadership and communication skills will be invaluable in enhancing our human resources initiatives and promoting a positive work environment throughout our divisions.
Before joining Producto, Mrs. Barnhart was the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Global Grinding Group at Fives Group, operating from the Fives Landis Corp office in Hagerstown, MD. In this global role, she adeptly integrated inbound and outbound marketing efforts, solidifying Fives Group’s presence in the grinding industry. She collaborated extensively with various teams, including sales, innovation, HR, and executive management, to drive cohesive and effective marketing strategies. During her tenure at Fives, Mrs. Barnhart developed two pivotal tools: a sales tool centralizing global marketing materials to ensure consistent access across all divisions and a marketing and sales playbook that detailed sales platforms and marketing initiatives, serving as an essential resource for new team members.
Mrs. Barnhart holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with a concentration in graphic design from Shepherd University and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Colorado Technical University. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and baking a range of sweet treats in the kitchen.
Damon Bugbee
General Manager
Mr. Bugbee is the General Manager of ThermoFab. Prior to joining The Producto Group, Mr. Bugbee held the position of General Manager at The Hales Group. In this capacity, he was responsible for the daily operations of three facilities that provided a wide range of services including, bridge fabrication, the application of various industrial coatings, and oversized freight hauling. Notably, he played a crucial role in successfully implementing The Hales Group’s lean business operating system—a management framework that focuses on streamlining operations, improving efficiencies, and enhancing overall organizational performance.
During his tenure as Vice President of Atlas Precision, Mr. Bugbee designed and executed an operational strategy that led to a remarkable 40% organic growth, within a mere 7 months. His efforts were also pivotal in securing numerous ISO standards and ITAR certifications for the organization.
Mr. Bugbee holds a master’s certification in Lean Supply Chain Management from the University of San Francisco and has a Six Sigma Certification.
Michael Cattafe
Business Development Manager
As ThermoFab’s Business Development Manager, Cattafe’s extensive experience and proven track record in driving business growth will play a vital role in fostering valuable customer relationships and enhancing ThermoFab’s market presence. In addition, he will bring design services to Thermofab which will help streamline the development and manufacturing process, facilitate the creation of prototypes and optimize product designs for manufacturing, which leads to faster and more efficient production cycles for our customers.
Cattafe most recently served as the Manager of Product Design at Vicarious Surgical in Waltham, Massachusetts where he facilitated the establishment of a design presence within an engineering-dominated environment, developed a mobile surgical robot platform, and engineered & assembled multiple hand controller and mobile surgeon workstation prototypes. With a career spanning over 40 years, Michael has taken on various product development and industrial design roles for various medical device companies. Ranging from developing technology into usable, attractive prototypes and products, to new business development and existing client retention to program management. Michael also holds numerous utility and design patents.
Mustafa Hossaini
Senior Business Development Manager
Mr. Mustafa Hossaini serves as ThermoFab’s Senior Business Development Manager. Mr. Hossaini most recently served as the Director of Business Development at Westec Plastics Corporation in Livermore, California. In this role, he supported Medical Device OEMs with their Injection Molding, Tooling, and Contract Manufacturing needs.
Previously, as a Technical Sales Representative at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, he provided Imaging Systems Solutions for Semiconductor, Microelectronics, and Life Sciences industries to support customer needs. Before that, he worked for Molded Devices Inc. as a Business Development Manager, collaborating with customers on projects ranging from Industrial Design and Product Development to Prototyping, Injection Molding, and Assembly.
Mr. Hossaini holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Washington University. In his free time, Mustafa enjoys spending time with his family, including two young daughters that keep him youthful as they grow and experience all that life has to offer.

Mr. Cook is a co-founder and Chief Investment Officer at Culper Capital Partners (“CCP”).
Before co-founding Culper Capital Partners, he served as Majority Shareholder, Chairman & CEO of Glebar Company (“Glebar”), a role which he held from April 2013 to March 2020. Under Mr. Cook’s leadership, Glebar, a diversified industrial and niche medical machinery and aftermarket solutions business, grew revenue and EBITDA substantially. In March of 2020, Glebar was sold to Arcline Investment Management, a $4 billion growth-oriented private equity fund, driving significant value for management and shareholders. Adam continues to advise the Company on strategic organic growth opportunities and acquisition targeting.
Before Glebar, Mr. Cook was the Head of Investment Banking for Phoenix Capital Resources, a national boutique focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions and private placement transactions. At Phoenix, Adam worked with many family- and entrepreneur-owned businesses to help them effectuate and complete mergers, sales or raise capital. Prior to Phoenix, Mr. Cook held senior positions with firms focused on M&A, capital raising, financing restructurings, and other transaction advisories. In 2012, Adam was awarded the distinguished “40 Under 40” Award from the M&A Advisor.
Mr. Cook holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. Adam sits on the Board of Directors of Medical Manufacturing Technologies, The Producto Group, and various not-for-profit organizations.
Kevin Wilson

Mr. Kevin M. Wilson is the Chief Operating Officer, Portfolio Manager and a co-founder of Culper Capital Partners. Prior to CCP, Mr. Wilson had a twenty-year career at several top investment banks as a fixed income trader. He was most recently a Director at BNP Paribas, focusing on Emerging Markets since 2013. Mr. Wilson was a market-maker to Fortune 500 companies and institutional clients in FX spot and forwards. Kevin built a profitable franchise and fostered trusting relationships with many of the bank’s top clients in the Americas, Latin America & Europe, while finding solutions for their hedging needs. Prior to joining BNP, Kevin was Vice President of Emerging Markets Trading in FX Spot and Forwards at Commerzbank in NY since 2009. Before this, he was a Vice President at Credit Agricole in FX Emerging Market trading. Kevin started his trading career at Credit Suisse in 2001, where he worked on the Fixed Income Proprietary Trading, and G10 Spot desks, until 2007.
Mr. Wilson received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Siena College in 2000. In 2006 he earned his MBA in Finance and Business Economics, with specializations in Investment Management and International Finance, from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
Declan Smyth
Board Member

President, Franchise – Viant Medical
Mr. Smyth is currently the President (Franchise) at Viant Medical, a global leader in Medical Device contract manufacturing. Prior to this, Mr. Smyth was President of the Advanced Surgical and Orthopedic division at Integer. His career experience spans more than 25 years in Medical Device and complex manufacturing environments. Over this time, Mr. Smyth has developed an extensive knowledge of manufacturing and assembly technologies and processes, serving multiple regulated industries.
Declan has held leadership positions in operations, engineering, commercial, marketing, general management, and R&D. He also has significant, hands-on experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activity, participating and leading on both the buy and sell side of multiple transactions.
Mr. Smyth holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University. He also is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is Program Management Professional (PMP).
Declan enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two sons and his daughter, especially doing outdoor activities, camping, fishing, and traveling. He is avid athlete, having competed in multiple triathlons, including the ironman distance.
Dean Schauer

CEO & President, Confluent Medical Technologies
Mr. Schauer will continue in his current role as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Confluent Medical Technologies, a position he has held since 2013. Prior to Confluent, he held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager for Accellent’s Cardiovascular Business.
Dean has also advanced from roles as Executive Vice President of Operations and Engineering, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Customer Operations, Vice President of Engineering and Quality, Director of Program Management, and Engineering Manager.
Mr. Schauer holds a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. In addition, he holds a certification in Six Sigma methodology, further showcasing his commitment to quality and process improvement.
